Palisades Dental - American Fork Dentist is located on 576 W Pacific Drive American Fork.

From Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) head northeast on N Terminal, Dr. Take a slight right. Here use the left lane to turn slightly right onto N 3700 W for 0.2 miles. Now continue onto Crossbar for 0.7 miles. Here take the ramp onto Terminal Dr Then use the left 2 lanes to take the I-80 E ramp to City Center/Ogden/Provo for 0.7 miles. Now keep left at the Y junction, follow signs for I-80 E and merge with I-80 E for 0.4 miles. Here make a merge with I-80 E for 2.6 miles. Please use any lane to take exit 121 to merge with I-15 S/I-80 E toward Cheyenne/Las Vegas. Now keep left to continue on I-15 S for 5.9 miles. Then keep left to stay on I-15 S for a total of 15.0 miles. Then keep left to stay on I-15 S. Now take exit 279 for Utah 73 toward Lehi. Then keep left at the Y junction and merge with E Main St. Again, make a merge with E Main St for 0.3 miles. Take a slight right onto E State St. Finally, turn left and Palisades Dental - American Fork Dentist will be on the left.
